“Flyan” Ryan Ready to Hit the West Coast

This weekends Wanless World Series Sprintcars round also becomes the first meeting that “Flyan” Ryan Farrell hits the track in Western Australia this season.

So far in 07/08 Ryan has competed at Parramatta raceway in Sydney breaking the long standing one lap record & currently sits second in the track championships.

His other outing has been in the Victory lane race gear Maxim for Matt Eastham, which unfortunately ended in a rain out at the Australian Masters last weekend in Adelaide.

Ryan makes his way back in front of his Western Australian fans after his short & sharp USA debut at Knoxville Raceway last August. Ryan was driving for the Scott Richhart team with some on track success finishing 4th in the Oskaloosa challenge from the back row & just missing the transfer into the b main at the Knoxville Nationals in his first ever effort at the big USA event. Ryan will again return to the USA in 2008 to drive for the same team.

This weekends WWSS is one of Ryan’s weekends, he shines at the big shows and driving against the worlds best brings out the best in him, we all know last year’s history winning 8 main events at his beloved high banks of the Perth Motorplex and his plans are again simple “I plan to start where I left off last season”

Ryan’s team is again backed by Russell Halls Bunbury Mitsubishi; this combination has now been together for sometime and has proved very successful. He also has support from Oamps, KTM Australia, Civmec, VDM Group, Cowara Transport, Perkins Builders, Passmore Automotives, Revolution Racegear, Cape Crushing, LFG, Rocket Industries, It’s a Sign Co, Terrace Smash Repairs, Passmore Automotives, BCM Motorsport Marketing.
